Autostart Link Builder

Make one link that logs students in and starts their server with the right settings, so they skip the server options page. Add an nbgitpuller link and it pulls your materials too.

On the hub's server options page, pick the settings and click Copy Permalink. The permalink alone is enough: the new link will start the server automatically.
